Job Description

Provides quality client service and support to Pershing clients on a daily basis. Responsibilities may include reconciliation, responding to client inquires, process tax withholding, daily balancing of cost basis and tax, and retirement, domestic, foreign tasks which may be complex. Performs (sometimes complex) operational tasks in functional area, including processing of reconciliation for all asset types, client service requests, balancing, and various tax processes. Conducts independent analysis and policy interpretation. Maintains account information in accordance with applicable regulations and Pershing policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.


  Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) or equivalent work experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience preferred; experience in a primary process/product in a brokerage environment is a plus.
