Job Description

Serves as the primary coordinator for team members in achieving objectives and targets for key operational areas in environmental sustainability and supply chain responsibility. May officially serve as a team lead to other corporate services support staff. Responsibilities may include managing and executing program strategies, coordinating team reports, developing employee and client communications, facilitating internal and external client engagements, among others.


Independently responds to the full range of internal and external stakeholder inquiries related to the program; serves as escalation point for more complex questions or issues. Employs communication and relationship management skills to facilitate stakeholder and executive support. Creates documentation and web-based resource related to employee programs, operating policies, procedures, etc. Identifies opportunities for synergies between environmental sustainability and supply chain responsibility and recommends areas for new or enhanced strategies that align with corporate priorities. Leads records management and ensures completeness and accuracy of data in areas such as greenhouse gas calculations, operational efficiency statistics, and supplier diversity metrics for internal and external reporting. Provides reports to more senior staff with recommendations on process improvements or operational issues.


Other preferred strengths include project execution, critical thinking, public speaking, and organizational skills.



Bachelor s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7+ years of total work experience preferred.

The Corporate Treasury group is responsible for managing the investment portfolios and the liquidity and capital positions of the various subsidiary banks and of BNY Mellon.
