Your role would be to:
  • Respond to user queries and requests for support. Handle as many as possible, escalate when necessary
  • Ensure services provided remain fully functional
  • Be on call during off hours/weekends/public holidays to triage issues, resolve when possible, escalate when necessary
  • Develop solutions for current and future iterations of supported services. This can include code, design, or other
  • Continuously expand your skillset, always aiming towards becoming a SME. Continually learn. The more you learn, the more we’ll teach you, the more freedom and responsibility you’ll be afforded.
  • Represent the team and the services to the rest of the enterprise to the best of your abilities

The role require on call, so you would need to be willing to work sometimes during the weekend.
