Group Manager, Fund/Client Accounting- Conversion Team
QualificationsBachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred. Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
Strongly preferred that the candidate has detailed experience in Conversion/Daily NAV Operations activities and has hands-on expertise and detailed business knowledge in the sophisticated, global capital markets industry; including complex securities processing, accounting, cash processing, reporting and pricing.
Daily duties include:Facilitating working sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts related to upcoming conversion activities.
Collaborate with internal and external resources to research and resolve gaps between legacy accounting systems and Eagle accounting platform within strict deadlines.Provides regular status updates to the overall Program Manager/Sr. Management, highlighting any issues/risks. Manage/motivate a dedicated team of individuals in order to meet aggressive deadlines. Acts with sense of urgency and escalates issues appropriately. Must also be able to work under pressure while adhering to strict guidelines.Varying level of weekend work required during live client conversions. #Ll-OP1
