Job Description:

 

Client Service Delivery Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project-Program Manager with a proven track record to lead a knowledge management initiative with respect to the our global custody and cash business platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic business transformation, technical writing, business process analysis, creation of training programs, and process improvement initiatives. The candidate will be expected to define, document, organize and manage the knowledge assets for the purpose of creating value and achieving tactical and strategic requirements.

 

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are essential, as well as deep subject matter knowledge of the securities industry and the software development life cycle. The successful candidate is expected to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to specifications, to manage and oversee the end to end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, and vendor-third party management, 

 

The candidate develops detailed project plans and schedules, monitors project results for significant deviations, manages stakeholders to ensure that service expectations are achieved, maintains regular contact with clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments. In addition, works with all required technology functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project, coordinates resources across organizational boundaries, manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and resolves issues.  Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery in conformance with company software development life cycle methodologies.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or related field with 10+ years of experience in technology project management, preferably in the financial services industry. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and experience within the global custody business is highly desirable.
