Senior Administrative Assistant - Human Resources
QualificationsTypically requires a high school education and demonstrable experience in similar secretarial/admin assistant roles. More than 5 years’ experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential issues. Position requires poise, tact and diplomacy. Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, mindful of the culture and diversity of the audience. Must be familiar with and be able to use personal computers, data storing, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products. The candidate should have good math skills and excellent oral/written communication skills. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Within guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
