Analyst, Paralegal-Fund Administration
The incumbent provides paralegal assistance and support primarily to a team of legal professionals responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of a high volume of registered mutual fund regulatory filings and related documentation, as well as ongoing support to multiple fund boards. This position may also involve contact with counterparties, outside counsel, service providers, board members, internal business lines and department, and regulators, to a limited degree. The incumbent will work under the close supervision of one or more attorneys and supervisory paralegals
QualificationsA paralegal certificate from a business school, college or university, and experience as a paralegal in a corporate, government, or private law firm setting (up to 3 years) is required. The following attributes are essential: strong analytical skills; strong oral and written communication skills; proven ability to deliver precise and timely work products; ability to work effectively with others; proven ability to manage multi-tasks and stress; a foundation in planning and organizational skills; an ability to demonstrate initiative and high work standards; and a positive and energetic attitude.
