QualificationsThe Bank of New York Mellon seeks Senior Specialist, Business Technology Liaison in New York, NY to design and implement business processes in a specific business domain within a line of business, liaising with business, client, and technology business partners. Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: developing high performance web-based applications; performing requirement gathering, analysis, process standardization, and module design; developing technical requirements; liaising with business users and clients to convert business requirements into system use cases; designing, developing, testing and implementing web based applications for loading and extracting data from Advent Geneva Portfolio Accounting System; implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Advent Geneva Portfolio Accounting System, including real-time synchronization of data to disaster recovery sites; and utilizing project management tools including Confluence and JIRA. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the above fields of study and twelve (12) years of experience in the above skills.
