VP - Principal, Technology Product Manager (Electronic Forms)
Leads product management, strategy and development for our new dynamic, electronic Forms Management product on Pershing’s Wealth Management platform.
Uses broad understanding of standard and custom forms capabilities to provide guidance and subject matter expertise to create the delivery and maintain a Forms Management Center tool for Pershing and our clients to manage custom form needs.
Serves as subject matter expert on forms functionality to provide guidance on competitive landscape, functionality, client needs, and resolve issues.
Work collaboratively with internal departments such as legal, compliance, business owners, workflow and delivery teams to deliver an easy-to-use solution to generate, approve and process electronic forms.
Works with sales and relationship management teams to support clients and sales efforts..
Oversees pricing, promotion, distribution strategies and competitive differentiator.
· Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree
· 10-12 years of total work experience
- Experience in Product Management and Forms Management preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- Experience in Wealth Management at a broker-dealer or RIA, preferred
- Experience understanding client feedback and needs; drawing insight, finding innovative solutions and articulating it for others to support in its execution
- Proficient in decision making, problem solving, and influencing skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Client facing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamically changing environment
