Client Reporting, Performance - M1 Supervises a small team responsible for monitoring and reporting on client portfolio performance. Manages the performance of assigned staff and the maintenance of trade platform utilized by clients. Contributes to the operating protocols for monitoring client portfolios and provides guidance to staff and clients on products. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to ensure staff have required resources to execute their assigned activities. Serves as an escalation point for Client Reporting and Performance staff responding to client and operational issues. Tracks and reports on team performance. Coaches and guides assigned staff on improving the client experience. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages a team of Client Reporting and Performance support staff. Responsible for the supervision of team members and coordination of resources. Sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years of management preferred. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
