Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10-15 years of total work experience preferred with 3-5 years management experience preferred. Experience in trading, brokerage, fraud or law or preferred. Global expertise in regional legal entity AML / KYC regulatory requirement in connection with Alternative Investments product offering. Including staff management responsibilities across North America, Asia and European regions, providing direction and technical expertise, resolving problems. Senior level client and Investor contact to solution AML/KYC and other regulatory matters. Client/Investor meetings in relation to Due Diligence Reviews for prospects and existing clients, globally.
