Job Description

Delivery of both blended learning and stand-up or virtual learning, delivers both a 'program' or single threaded 'course' of learning. Work independently and collaboratively with business leaders to recommend and implement learning solutions to enhance employees performance that support business needs. Works closely with BKU team and other stakeholders throughout the learning solution lifecycle in order to ensure that solutions meet or exceed business objectives. Builds relationships with internal members while managing expectations, communicating project status and open issues, and forecasting and mitigating issues. Recommends comprehensive learning solutions, including delivery approach, learning content, conceptual frameworks, courses, and other learning. May provide insight and feedback on business unit performance gaps. BA/BS. Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
