Job Description

* 8 - 10 years of Talent Acquistion experience in a fast-paced technical recruiting in a corporate environment.

* Superlative skills in sourcing candidates with technical acumen.

* Strong skills in social media recruiting , Sourcing and attracting candidates through Social Media, Employee Referral, Database & Job Portals.

* Experience in managing stakeholder, should be first point of contact for the business unit / line managers on day-to-day recruitment activity.

* Work with the business leaders to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans and assess job description.

* Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategy for each role and provide regular communication and updates to hiring managers.

* Ability to demonstrate Industry knowledge of Market Intelligence ,external business environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and general talent availability.

* Hands on experience in Recruitment Analytics , Dashboards and Business Presentation is mandate.
