The incumbent will coordinate all data security related solutions within Private Banking. S/he will coordinate new system access set-ups, modify existing access, and remove access for new, transferred and terminated employees respectively. S/he will work closely with new Private Banking employees to ensure they have the correct level of access that systems are accessible and access is functioning correctly. Responsibilities also include analyzing and working with System Role Engineers to modify existing and/or create new system access roles (RBAC) and create system access roles outside of the RBAC process as needed. S/he will work closely with the Senior Information Risk Officer, System Role Engineers, Global Access Management Operations (GAMO) and Global Technology regarding systems (hardware and software) and system access processes. Incumbent is responsible for administering/adding employees to Banking systems (FIS and FAST) databases. S/he will monitor FIS ID numbers to ensure duplicate IDs are not assigned and will monitor password violation reports for legacy systems to ensure risk is mitigated. The individual will order PC equipment (software and hardware) as needed for Private Banking. S/he will also participate in all phases of user acceptance testing of new and existing banking systems and participate in project activities assigned by the Project Sponsor as needed. The individual will also support Private Banking offices and client service areas with questions pertaining to banking policies and procedures, products, services, and systems. S/He will interact closely with Banking Office Managers and internal departments to interpret and provide advice on complex issues and/or situations and provide answers to complicated questions ensuring that the business risk is minimized and internal audit and regulatory requirements are met. The individual must be able to independently make decisions in a stable environment, as well as, in the event of an emergency (e.g., system/equipment failure, power outage, robbery, etc.). S/he will be responsible for sending the appropriate communications to all affected business lines. S/he will function as the Subject Matter Expert to internal business partners (e.g., Audit & Risk, Technology, and Compliance) and Banking office employees regarding banking transactions, systems and procedural questions. S/he will work closely with Banking Office and internal department Managers and staff to help ensure internal audit and regulatory requirements are met. Individual must be able to work independently on complex tactical/strategic projects for the business line and handle multiple projects at one time and work well in a fast paced environment. S/he will assist in identifying and initiating improvement opportunities within the business line. S/he will develop, review, and maintain internal departmental procedures as needed.
Qualifications The qualified candidate will have an extensive knowledge of banking operations, systems, and procedures and excellent written and oral communication skills. BA/BS degree and/or 5-7 years of banking experience preferred. Proficient with all Microsoft applications.
