Job Description



The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building data products.  He/she should be an effective cross-functional player between Business Analysis, Engineering, User Experience and the rest of the product team. An in-depth understanding of technical infrastructure, scrappy approach towards testing a hypothesis combined with strong alignment and understanding of company’s business strategy will be a key to the success in this role.


What you will be doing:

  • Participate in crafting data product strategy, aligning business needs with new product opportunities
  • Work with data science team to decide on machine learning v/s heuristic modelling approaches to solve specific use cases
  • Support business development through demonstrations for large sales prospects
  • Become a Business Analytics Subject Matter Expert
  • Back up to Principal Product Manager on most aspects of product management
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure consistency and compatibility across entire NetX360 platform
  • Sign off on business requirements and business testing
  • Support rollout and adoption of major initiatives



Lead Product Analyst->> Leads product development and marketing processes for one medium-sized product or two or more small products. Liaises with cross-functional teams to provide products that address client needs. Leads sessions on the design and development of product marketing strategies for one medium-sized product or two or more small products. Liaises with cross-functional teams such as Development and Marketing on product management topics that are then communicated to more senior product management analysts for interpretation and ultimate decision-making. Analyzes reports compiled by more junior analysts on product competitors, consumer trends, and market status. Summarizes findings for management review. Leads analyses that determine a product's business case, feasibility, and requirements. Defines project scope based on client needs. Gathers and addresses customer feedback and concerns. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 4-6 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
