Job Description

Credit/Loan Administration - S2 Supports operational loan activities and bilateral loan funding arrangements for buy-side agent banks. Activities include processing transactions, tracking data and monitoring compliance. Understands policies and consistently achieves benchmarks in policy and quality. Responsible for quality control. Volume and complexity of transactions is moderate. Assists with coordination of loan activities with internal partners. Processes cash and loan transactions. Supports, monitors and ensures accuracy of loans and bilateral funding transactions. Tracks loan data and monitors cash inflow and outflow for accuracy and ensures compliance with all regulatory, BNY Mellon and client specifications. Corrects straightforward loan errors. Identifies and escalates more serious loan issues to senior team members. Sets up credit facilities and handles reporting mismatches and investigations. Initiates documentation and set up of fee structures. Collects and summarizes moderate quantities of loan data to assist with preparation of reports. Under supervision, responds to client inquiries and delivers information, and communicates with agent banks and other internal areas of the organization. Receives inquiries and/or delivers information to clients on a daily basis. Maintains process flow documentation, administrative summaries and standard operating procedures. No direct reports. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.  

Qualifications

Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 1-2 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Accounting preferred.
