Manages a team responsible for providing project management for client implementations to products and software. Manages the performance of assigned staff, coaches and guides on project management. Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan. Resolves complex product implementation issues for key clients. Contributes to the operating protocols for managing client implementations and makes recommendations for process improvements. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to ensure staff have required resources to execute their assigned activities. Tracks and reports on team performance. Coaches and guides assigned staff on improving the execution of client implementations and achievement of goals. Serves as the escalation point for critical issues or roadblocks. Shepherds issues through to resolution. Keeps abreast of all unusual requests/transactions/issues and ensures proper escalation where appropriate. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages a team of professionals, including coaching, managing performance and allocating resources. Develops and oversees the achievement of team objectives. May manage financial resources (e.g., budgets, expenses, etc.). Focus is on daily, short-term goal achievement.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
