Lead Analyst, Fund/Client Accounting- Business Analyst
QualificationsBachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
This position will be responsible for the improvement of operations workflows by developing software that can facilitate: expense processing, NAV Preparation, reconciliations, pricing validations / comparisons, etc. In this capacity, the department members will be required to work very closely with designated individuals within the operational and be responsible for the entire software/project life cycle. Skills preferred, include: Intermediate to advanced .Net (VB.Net) or C# experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel, Expert VBA programming knowledge, SQL Server knowledge (a plus), Ability to work on a project as an individual and as part of a team, Ability to analyze procedures/system and recommend changes/enhancements for efficiencies, Detail oriented, Proven project management skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Problem solver/Creative/Curious/Tenacious, Knowledge of Fund Accounting / Securities Processing (a plus). This position will interact with Fund Accounting and Eagle, to gather, document and review Eagle enhancement requirements.
