Job Description

Human Resources Project/Program Management.  The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing a wide variety of cross-business HR initiatives for the Investment Services business.  You will participate in or lead a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications. The ability to work with professionals from a number of different functions and businesses will be critical to your success as you leverage those relationships to effectively plan and execute each project.  You will be required to gather data from a variety of sources and consolidate it into impactful, concise summaries that will be shared with senior leadership.  You will have the ability to manage your own work and strong project management/organization skills will be critical to your success. Maintaining regular contact with internal clients, coordinating and reporting on project progress and accomplishments will help you effectively deliver results. High attention to detail, time management, flexibly and pro-activeness are skills you will leverage on a regular basis in the execution of your duties.  Through the projects you manage, you will develop a detailed understanding of how the various HR processes are used in support of the business.  HR is committed to the development of its people and high performers are rewarded with development opportunities and increased responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 5-7 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
