Job Description

Pershing EMEA Marketing Specialist supports the work of marketing and communications managers with the implementation of the marketing and communications plans in order to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement across the key channels.

 

As part of the role, the Marketing Specialist:

  • Provides support with marketing collateral
    • Printed collateral
    • PowerPoint slides
    • Proof-reading material (presentation, brochures)
  • Manage approvals and records
  • Manages global procurement applications
  • Provides support with the maintenance of the content of the website
  • Sources ideas and samples of gifts for submission to marketing managers
  • Supports the Head of Marketing with the creation and maintenance of various reports
  • Supports the Internal Communications manager with the Internal newsletter
  • Supports the Communications manager with the external newsletters
  • Supports the Events Specialist
  • Provides assistance with meetings
  • Creates and manages requisition approvals within PeopleSoft

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works cooperatively with internal resources to support activities. Seeks technical guidance, as needed
  • Provides entry level support on special projects. Establishes good working relationships with internal teams
  • Building knowledge of industry/segment trends, market climates and competitive activities
  • Adheres to policies and procedures and is familiar with company practices
  • Takes responsibility for actions
  • Submits expenses
