Job Description

Client Implementations - IC2 Project manages client implementations for standard products, services and platforms. Manages the implementation and set-up of standard new business initiatives, such as traditional or small pensions, prior to handing them off to the BAU team. Project manages internal BNY Mellon teams by executing project plan assignments and coordinating completion of work with other areas of the bank that have project responsibilities. May participate in the sales process by preparing RFP responses, giving sales presentations or joining sales meetings. May work with cross-functional teams to support clients on an ongoing basis, and works with internal utilities, such as tax and document management, to set up treasury accounts, electronic banking services and products. May assist with the contract negotiation process as it relates to service level definitions and KPIs. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed. Responsible for standard client implementations.


Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in client-facing or project management roles preferred.
