Analyst, Bus. Dev. Support
· Work with the Sales & RM for the company's sales and relationship management activities to the Japanese market related potentials / clients.
- Provide the Sales & RM with support for interacting with clients and for processing administrative duties. Requires minimal day-to-day supervision, but receives guidance regarding overall relationship management.
· Work with the client services team in the relevant product areas to ensure that service requirements are understood and delivered in line with service levels agreed with the client.
· Proactively build and maintain cooperative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
· Provide support for sales activities including marketing material preparation and translation, market information search, sales pipeline updates, legal documentation request
· Assisting with the preparation of internal sales presentations, inclusive of new business highlights, revenue numbers, key pipeline items
· Supporting clients day to day queries
· Ensuring proper documentation is in place for client accounts and maintains the originals.
· Perform any and all activities as required by the Sales & RM team to support the growth of the business.
· Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification, possibly with some experiences in the financial industry.
· Excellent partnership and communication skills.
· Ability to articulate complex information and adjust one’s style for a variety of situations.
· Analytical skills required to identify client and/or segment needs.
· Proactive in seeking out solutions, operating independently whilst escalating when required.
· Native Japanese with strong English abilities.
· A strong team-player with inter-personal skills to work within a global matrix environment.
· Ability to keep professional attitude / to stay calm and patient, especially when facing any unforeseen situations.
