As a developing professional, provides input on analyses and development for programs related to implementation and administration of organization and management development programs and policies for the Bank. Under oversight from more experienced staff, executes program activities related to traditional talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, HR transformation and/or performance management, among others. May support experienced team members on special project activities, such as the creation of assessment tools, program calendars, and referral and talent processes. Provides research and analysis related to organization and management development program design, implementation or administration. Reviews internal data, external benchmarks/research and industry best practices to make recommendations for the design and development of programs. Researches areas for improved internal program consistency and makes recommendations for process improvements. Developing professional providing input on program development activities for organization development and employee performance programs. Provides support to more senior organization development team for program design and administration requirements. Administers department requirements for global HR program calendar, focusing on team deliverables and objectives. Provides updates as required for internal project plans on departmental objectives. Conducts analyses on program effectiveness, reporting to more senior colleagues on results. Participates in gap analysis or program assessment activities. Provides input for documentation of programs such as performance management enhancements, leadership development initiatives, and change management strategies. Serves as an HR resources in cross-functional program development. Provides input and program support for the requirements for vendors or third party partners delivering organization and management development-related technology or services. Participates in data requirements or program administration for special projects. No direct reports; may provide program guidance to peers or less experienced employees.
Bachelor s degree in organization development, psychology, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred. Prior experience in an HR discipline in preferred.
