Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions - S2 Supports client onboarding/transition/conversion projects by performing a set of basic operational activities. Responsible for set-up of new clients and maintenance of existing clients on a standard system. Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established operating procedures. Processes client access requests using established procedures, under the close supervision of more senior onboarding/transition/conversion staff Learns to coordinate back-end systems to meet client expectations. Learns to codes account privileges and inputs client requests into database tracking system, and scans contracts and set-up forms. May be responsible for supporting a defined array of transition/conversion activities, including but not limited to new business conversions, mergers, transitions and fund restructurings. May assist with the implementation of new software releases, coordinating dates of delivery for test and production. Provides technical support for conversions by investigating client issues and researching new functionality. No direct reports. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Work is focused on a single client base or market or on less complex, smaller projects.
Qualifications High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 1-2 years of total work experience preferred.
