Job Description

Manages a medium sized team of professionals (or multiple small teams) responsible for complex initiatives. Responsible for the production and reporting of analytics and conducting special projects and strategic initiatives that support business operations. Establishes consultative relationships with internal teams to gain an understanding of their strategies, objectives, and tactics to develop a comprehensive approach to the analytics, metrics, and reports that will support their decision-making needs. Provides guidance and methodology input for the regular reporting and analytical cycle for assigned team. Guides team on complex projects or analyses. Provides technical guidance on methods and approach. Champions and manages special projects supporting functional or business initiatives. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Provides feedback at the most critical times. Manages a team or multiple teams of professionals. Management responsibilities include coaching, performance management and resource allocation. Responsible for the financial resources of the area, ensuring adherence to budget and management of expenses. Contributes to the achievement of team and functional objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
