Job Description

This position is in the SEC Reporting Group.  The SEC Reporting Group is responsible for reporting requirements related to SEC and Shareholder reporting, which includes quarterly earnings releases, Form 10-Qs, the Annual Report filed on Form 10-K, the Annual Report filed on Form 11-K and the Pillar 3 Disclosure.  In this position, the successful candidate will coordinate closely with the other members of the SEC Reporting Group to prepare, audit and review work papers supporting the required disclosures.  This position is also responsible for the XBRL requirements. Additionally, the incumbent will interact regularly with others in the Controllers, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Legal groups, as well as our external auditors.  The incumbent will initiate new projects in response to new accounting and reporting requirements and ensure that decisions are reached regarding new requirements in advance of the implementation date.  This is accomplished through a process of financial research, data gathering, planning, measurement, review and analysis. No Direct Reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10-12 years of experience in regulatory reporting preferred. Experience in public accounting, external reporting and/or internal audit is preferred.
