General Management - M4 Manages multiple, diverse teams and provides leadership through other subordinate managers. Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy. Manages activities for multiple diverse teams. Responsible for resource allocation and ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Ensures work is integrated across teams and that the work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Contributes to the development of overall procedures and policies. Ensures they are executed as intended by subordinate teams. Manages multiple teams through subordinate managers. Responsible for the achievement of multiple teams objectives. Has financial and human resources responsibility for assigned teams.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred. Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
