Senior Specialist, Product Manager
TSG is building next generation scalable, efficient data center as a service using the latest innovation infrastructure. Building on top of the cloud deployments in BNY Mellon, we are aggressively automating and bridging the green field cloud with the existing virtual computing environments.
Describe the Role : The TSG Product Management Group supports BNY Mellon employee technology solutions. Acting as the liaison between the technical solutions engineers and the end users of the services, the Product Management team helps to drive the service vision to improve the employee technology experience. In addition to focusing on metrics, governance, engagement, and consulting, the main focus is Product Management through creative and open-ended problem solving, encouraging non-traditional deliverables by adopting and utilizing technology tools.
Work closely with TSG Service Owners to establish strategy and roadmap that can easily be communicated to and digested by various customer segments (end users, developers, technology users) • Create trusted connections with technology customers, develop an understanding of their needs, and effectively relay their feedback to TSG team • Create creative marketing and engagement strategies for technology services • Aid the service team in developing business cases, ROI analyses, measureable targets, KPIs, and predictable and evolving metrics • Energize and mature the TSG brand across BNY Mellon • Evaluate technology solutions with usability principals • Instill method-based Product Management practices
- Required Qualifications:
- • Bachelors degree in technology, marketing or related discipline
- • 2-5 years work experience in end user, marketing or technology development
- • Experience in financial services a plus
- Preferred Qualifications:
