Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon seeks Specialist, Sourcing in Pittsburgh, PA, to assist in daily contract negotiations within financial services sector. 


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: creating strategic sourcing and optimizing strategies on behalf of clients; performing client issue resolution and relationship management utilizing enterprise wide platforms; working with data in Excel using pivot tables, VBA scripting, advanced charting, and Macro design for data aggregation and data analysis to analyze, organize, and present data; making strategic client recommendations based on client objectives, requirements, and data analyses; and utilizing Excel math functions to perform trend analysis and what-if analysis.
