The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, recruiting/hiring, sanctioning and reporting. You will be responsible for all aspects of workforce data management.   We’ll Trust You To:
  • Develop, manage and update as necessary, an establishment and workforce planning framework including a vacancy forecasting model, to provide informed HR resourcing and workforce planning advice to the appropriate decision makers
  • Provide monthly reports (and other information as appropriate) to Finance and Performance Departments to ensure that management has access to all appropriate information regarding resourcing and workforce planning  
  • Proactively support and advise managers on the recruitment and selection of staff and specialist posts at all stages of the process and ensure that recruitment is carried out in line with the appropriate guidelines and as effectively as possible
  • Provide workforce information reports that include meaningful trends and analysis to divisions and directorates and HR colleagues to support the management and deployment of the permanent and temporary workforce
  • Make best use of existing systems such as PeopleSoft, Outlook, shared drives, and other software packages to simplify, speed up, and share transactional processing related data and to investigate opportunities for new systems/software to support the processes clinical/managerial staff to bring about change

Sr. Specialist IS Admin & Planning Consultant->> Defines and leads strategic management initiatives in support of the CIO. Leads highly complex special projects related to budget, business plans, risk, implementation of policies, standards, methodologies, and/or strategic management projects. Analyzes project implementation status and provides feedback to senior managers. Solves complex issues in implementation to make recommendations for improving the project status. Leads initiatives within the organization. Works closely with senior IT management to understand their needs and provides appropriate guidance, direction, and communication. Works with the technology management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and methodologies that require in-depth knowledge of IT roles and organizational design. Plans and administers HR related programs such as incentives, job slotting, training, and other staff related items. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business information/systems/industrial engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required, MBA is preferred.
  • Eight to ten (8-10) years of experience in broad-based information technology is required.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in systems management and cost-effective budgetary responsibility.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

  • Have the ability to execute and deliver results.
