This position is within the Issuer Services Financial Planning & Analysis team. The incumbent, directly and through his/her sector controllership, is responsible for supporting a growing business with management reporting, business analysis and decision support designed to improve growth and profitability. Integral to the role is the developing and completion of performance models, consolidation and analysis of month/quarter end commentary, variance analysis, and scorecard reporting, in addition to a wide range of planned periodic and unplanned delivery of ad hoc requests. The Specialist is expected to deliver complex analytics and reporting support for the sector, including the development and completion of board and executive committee presentations. This individual must be able to work collaboratively with members of their own team, other finance teams, the lines of businesses Finance supports, and shared services groups.
The Specialist is expected to perform analysis in connection with complex aspects of various processes, including but not limited to the strategic planning, incentive compensation, period close, forecast and budget. Project development skills required, including the implementation of new processes, applications, and tools to support the continuous improvement of processes and the evolving organizational needs for new insight into business performance and the competitive environment.

Individual should have a strong and proven accounting/financial analysis experience (7+). MBA or CPA preferred
Broad based knowledge of advanced financial management concepts, such as discounted cash flow analysis, net interest margin and funding
The ability to provide concise, accurate written reports is essential as is the ability to make effective oral presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills and sound, objective judgment required.
The ability to design financial models and databases is also important.
Must have excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
