(Includes percentage of time spent over an average month or year on each responsibility - minimum percentage 10%) Supports more senior professionals in the selection and management of and negotiation with vendors. 20% Is beginning to provide guidance to managers, HR Business Partners and employees on standard benefits or compensation questions, issues and claims. Projects are non-complex and require standard solutions. May support more senior professionals by reviewing and analyzing compensation or benefits data. 20% Assists with forecasting and planning for assigned projects. Prepares and monitors budgets and appropriately alerts more senior team members of potential budget and/or timing issues. 30% As directed, conducts research on compensation and benefits programs and gathers competitive intelligence to contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class programs that align with business needs. 30% LEADERSHIP

QualificationsEDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. EXPERIENCE 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred. Prior Benefits experience preferred.
