Lead Relationship Manager->> Liaises between CTS and a business unit to support their moderately complex technology needs. Participates in or leads a wide array of activities supporting the Technology contracting processes and procedures. Develops and manages client relationships within the business unit to ensure client satisfaction and the development of efficient business systems. Represents user area to Technology departments in moderately complex system enhancements and design activities to ensure changes take into account business needs. Responsible for evaluating and monitoring contract performance to determine need for amendments or extensions to contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. Makes suggestions for changes to more senior staff. Investigates and recommends action on requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules. Analyzes price proposals, financial reports and other data to determine reasonableness of prices. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, 4-6 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
