Senior Group Manager, Product Management
Responsible for the setting of and tracking against sales targets and core KPIs for the ETF business, in conjunction with the head of APAC ex-Japan and Global Head of Distribution
Responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking and management of Pipeline, Business at Risk and activity for the ETF business
Responsible for defining and driving cross region marketing plans, roadshow activity and associated product focus in conjunction with the head of marketing, Global Head of Distribution and our boutiques
Responsible for understanding key trends in the ETF market place including, client demand and upcoming regulatory changes that could impact the market place
Engagement with the boutiques, acting as the central point of contact for the ETF business, to help optimize sales and investment support for BNYM’s ETF business
Work with Product Development to introduce and develop new ETF products designed to meet the investment and regulatory needs of APAC institutional clients and intermediary clients
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred; securities or financial services experience preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
