Consultant

Consultants are the organization's core resources and are key members of the practice teams. Performs business analysis.  May be asked to write detailed weekly status reports and small-scale project plans. Works well independently and functions effectively in a team environment. Interprets and defines complex business problems. Interacts with clients and manages client expectations. Recognizes barriers to productivity and knows when and how to escalate. Provides high quality delivery of project tasks and maintains a high level of billable utilization.Strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of small, high quality projects.  General knowledge of technology and software adoption.  Travel is required.

Solutions Consulting - IC1 Under significant direction, contributes to Solutions Consulting assignments by providing competitive, market, and/or analyses. Typically does not develop or sell solutions independently, but supports more experienced colleagues to gain breadth/depth of knowledge in relevant solutions and strategies for solutions development, adoption and utilization. By supporting more experienced colleagues with relevant research and analysis on client segments, the competitive landscape, and the industry environment. Begins to gain experience in how the firm drives adoption and utilization of firm solutions. Begins building broad knowledge of firm solutions, the marketplace and client needs. Performs analyses on market and client insights to inform solution development or enhancements. Performs analyses of evaluation criteria and success metrics (adoption, utilization, etc.) for solutions as well as pricing, promotion and distribution activities/outcomes. Establishes working relationships with relevant related work groups across the firm. Learns how team integrates with these work groups and the types of data, information, and resources that can be shared/leveraged to accomplish daily work. Works with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to gain broad understanding of required regulatory requirements for firm solutions. No direct reports Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. .

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred. Financial industry experience preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
