Senior Specialist, Visual Brand & Design
The Sr. Visual Brand and Design Specialist is typically charged with contributing to the design concepts for a wide range of multi-media, online, and print materials including marketing collateral, conference material, electronic deliverables, sales support, presentations, advertising, etc. He/she plays a key role in determining how to visually represent the company's key strategic initiatives and business goals, in addition to day-to-day support of brand awareness, client acquisition, and client and employee engagement. This individual may serve as a project lead, enlisting support from more junior staff or peers. Contribute to creative visual solutions to marketing challenges, recommends effective ways to get messages across multiple design mediums. Implement design recommendations and incorporate changes for marketing based on brand guidelines and art direction. Play a support role in creative sessions for project kick-offs. Collaborate with peers to deliver creative design concepts to support business activities. Apply technical knowledge to recommend ways of leveraging and implementing in design deliverables. Effectively implement creative direction. Help establish style guidelines and standards to drive consistency, brand alignment and design integrity. Collaborate with the entire visual brand team to ensure a consistent visual experience for initiatives involving multiple mediums (print, web and interactive). Establish and adhere to project schedule and assure timely delivery of every project.
· Typically a BA or BFA degree in Visual Arts or related field with visual design and project management or equivalent work experience required.
· Typically 3-5 years of experience in corporate visual brand design, video production, creative strategy development and print, online and multi-media design.
· Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
· Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
· Ability to handle a fast paced environment with changing deliverables and requests.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with a diverse internal client base.
