Job Description

As a member of the Resiliency Operations group, principally responsible for all communication and messaging for the Enterprise Resiliency Office distributed both internally and externally.  Responsibilities include: (1) Developing a communications strategy for the Enterprise Resiliency Office for all communication needs based upon audience; (2) Identify recurring communication requirements (town halls, internal memos, etc.) and ensure consistent preparation and reporting process; (3) Collaborate and coordinate with Corporate communications for enterprise-wide communications; (4) Partner with Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery functions for communications and report outs to be sent during tests and workflow simulations; (5) Partner with business stakeholders, such as LOBs, Risk, etc., as needed, for communication requirements; (6) Ensure a review process is in place for all content (text, videos and audios) prior to distribution; (7) Identify the requirements for tools to be leveraged for communication and messaging; (8) Maintain distribution lists to be used across Resiliency Office communications; (9) Responsible for developing training and general awareness materials to develop skills and knowledge of people in support of their roles in attaining and sustaining enterprise resiliency.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10-12 years of total work experience preferred.
