Third Party Governance (TPG), RSA Archer Business Analyst

Job Description

The RSA Archer Business Analyst is a team member in the Third Party Governance Process Automation Group which is responsible for delivering system capabilities to perform the necessary functions to execute the risk management and reporting requirements for the interactions between BNY Mellon and the various Third Party entities that provide services to BNY Mellon.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with business users to gather business requirements and use cases to develop future RSA Archer system enhancements
  • Document and communicate business requirements and functional specifications to technology teams for the development of business solutions
  • Configure RSA Archer Applications, Questionnaires, Reports, Data Imports, Data Feeds, Campaigns, Dashboards, Notifications, Package Installations, and APIs
  • Develop Advanced and Traditional Workflow and Access Permissions [Groups and Roles]
  • Partner with key business users to prioritize support and enhancement requests to mature and enhance RSA Archer system’s capabilities
  • Support data migration and data validation activities to ensure quality data is captured within the Archer system
  • Develop user test cases and system integration testing and validate test results during testing
  • Perform support and troubleshooting activities to resolve end user and system issues
  • Coordinate with team members and business units to create and deliver training sessions to team members and end users

 

 

Nature and Scope:

 

  • Reports to Manager, Third Party Governance (TPG)
  • No Direct reports

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline is preferred
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • 2-3 years RSA Archer experience preferred
  • Experience in a large banking or financial institution as either an internal team member or as an external consultant is preferred
  • Background in third party/vendor management and governance, procurement, or regulatory compliance is preferred
  • Experience working with large data sets, unstructured data, and complex organizational processes is preferred
  • Experience with financial sector Third Party Governance systems and tools is preferred
