Manages a team of internal communications professionals and less experienced managers dedicated to setting and implementing the internal communication strategy by identifying and pursuing key opportunities that inform, educate and engage our global employee base, and align with our corporate communications strategy. Directs strategic, proactive internal communication plans at the corporate level, using traditional, social and digital channels. Supports the internal communications in support of key business partner groups, major corporate events, and in support of key sensitive announcements, working across the communications function and with Legal and subject matter experts from across the company. May provide thought leadership on organizational initiatives and products/services pertaining to internal communications and reputational management. Manages the performance of assigned professional staff and less experienced managers; coaches and guides. Plays a central role in implementing internal communications strategies. Contributes and contributes to high-level communications plans in support of key strategic initiatives, most often aligned with business partner groups or wider strategic initiatives. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
