Job Purpose:

 

The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing oversight of portfolio management activities undertaken by the outsourced delegated portfolio managers.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Work with and assist the Senior Manager Portfolio Oversight to ensure the Function fulfils its responsibilities. Tasks to include but not limited too:

  • Assist with the collation, generation and analysis of portfolio management data for the funds and portfolios operated and managed by MFM Luxembourg and preparing summary reports for the relevant internal committees and funds’ Board meetings.

     

  • Assist with the ongoing enhancement of the portfolio management oversight framework, analysis tools and reporting and assist in the corporate Asset Management project to develop portfolio management oversight and reporting. 

  • Build strong working relationships with UK colleagues to leverage the overall strategic relationship with BNYM Investment oversight team.

     

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and new fund launches; and help maintain Risk Management Policies and Procedures;

     

  • Provide general support for general risk management and business activities.
