Lead Analyst, Admin & Planning
· Management Support, Governance and Strategic Initiatives
o Supports Executive to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes within the GRE business/function.
o Supports Executive in effective management and coordination within and across functional teams.
o Conducts research and data analysis to assist with strategic management initiatives.
o Significant interaction with managers and senior executives
· Project Management:
o Under the direction of Executive, undertakes projects of significant impact within the business or function. Project will vary in scope across multiple disciplines, including, budgets, business plans, risk-related items, governance, real estate strategy delivery, facilities projects, and management reporting.
o Facilitates adoption of appropriate project management tools and techniques to ensure integrity of project data.
o Reviews project implementation status and provides feedback to Project Leads, Planning Consultants or senior managers. Makes recommendations to improve project status.
· Contributes to the overall achievement of related teams' objectives
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required 4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred;; experience in the securities industry is a plus.
