Sr Representative, Third Party Governance (TPG)

Job Description

Responsible for implementing the Third Party Governance framework and methodology across all regional Legal Entities within the assigned region, including compliance with all local regulatory and legal requirements within each jurisdiction. Provides transparency and comfort to clients in order to ensure continued high levels of service protection. Liaises with resources from a variety of regional LOBs. Actively engages LOB leads across the region to ensure the Outsourcing Landscapes (Articulation) are created, populated and maintained, leading to published project plans to execute the closure of any related gaps or shortcomings. Collates and validates information from various sources to produce regional reporting for use by senior management. Uses information gathered to articulate the regional position overall. Assists with the coordination of a number of monthly senior meetings with participants across the Region, including the formal monthly meetings of the regional Outsourcing Validation Group. Collates agendas, inputs, actions and minutes. Actively tracks and manages Legal Entity resourcing plans. Produces metrics and other data for distribution across the region in a timely and accurate manner Ensures all clients within the assigned region's LOBs and Entities are given good service. Is responsible for ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled timely and accurately. Communicates service feedback to the TPG senior management and coordinates issue resolution with the wider TPG group and other departments, as needed. Provides administrative support (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, meeting scheduling, etc.) to TPG Management, as needed. No direct reports. Scope is limited to the quality and accurate completion of own work as well as effective collaboration across key support functions. Contributes to the achievement of team goals. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.


High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
