Job Purpose:


This role is to provide administrative support to the IMS team. In particular, this role will start by supporting the vendor relationship program and completion of regular data gathering tasks. Over time, the role will likely evolve to support a wider variety of tasks managed by IMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Investment Management System teams

  • Support the organisation of Vendor Relationship Management meetings

  • Support the creation and maintenance of documentation required under the Vendor Relationship Management program

  • Work to document FIX connectivity and functionality, advancing to helping to coordinate changes

  • Support the creation and maintenance of documentation in relation to market data usage

  • Create meeting minutes

  • Produce KRI and MI data

  • Opportunity to expand responsibility to support IMS across all team activities

  • Be a part of testing efforts on BAU and project work






  • Ability to produce clear written documentation

  • Basic understanding of investment process and different asset classes

  • Organised, diligent and clear communicator



  • Experience in organising meetings

  • Experience in optimising/automating routine tasks

  • Experience in taking meeting minutes.
