Trade Services - M1 Supervises a Trade Services team responsible for providing quality support to clients with transactions and processes on a daily basis. Responsible for supervising order execution, pricing and contract completion along with review of any errors flagged by trading systems. Communicates issues and information to trading clients. Audits and reviews trades. Ensures accurate management of issues and exception processing. Monitors issues log. Ensures the reconciliations of errors and corrective actions. Identifies error trends and solutions. Supervises and provides guidance on exception processing. Manages day-to-day internal and external clients inquiries and complaints. Identifies trends for proactive resolution. Manages account reports. Responsible for audit and approval. Provides training for new team members and cross-training of all team members. Ensures adequate staffing allocation, performance and personnel management of team. Responsible for development of policies and procedures and management of written supervisory procedures. Supervises and mentors team. Manages a Trade Services team. Responsible for achievement of team goals. Ensures team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives. Manages the human resources of the team (coaching, performance management and career development).
Experience of one of the following systems; WallStreet (a risk management system), Murex, Summit, Aladdin, Intrader
Operational experience with; Settlement and Clearing or derivative or fixed income products, reconciliation of these products, particularly on Tri-Resolve (Tri-Optima)
People management experience is preferred.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred. Experience in financial investments preferred.Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
