Sr. Analyst, Global Business Change
Assits in the delivery and implementation of Global Business Change projects initiated by or related to external clients through the provision of project management and for business analysis and within set project parameters and deadlines. Coordinates support for a wide array of activities involved in the planning and monitoring of straightforward client requested and related projects. Supports the oversight and management of project governance standards and reporting. Assists in delivery and implementation and assesses project-associated work products. Adheres to Global Business Change documented processes. Oversees compliance with procedures and processes and supports the Global Business Change group with project set up and resource allocation. Supports management of database content, PPM, governance queries and standard documentation. Produces and updates project control documents, e.g., CAIR Logs, Status Reports for Project Managers, and ensures reports meet compliance standards and mitigate risk. Responsible for the production and issuance of Management Information, project-related data and Management reports that capture financial data in relation to revenue generation and group overheads. Tracks time and status reporting for projects for Client communications and final billing. May track external project-related expenses. Responsible for auditing closed projects in the Database and PPM to ensure time tracking and project expenses are captured and recorded. Liaises with Billing to reconcile invoices for closed projects. Maintains and distributes Project meeting agendas and minutes. Assists in Governance meeting preparation, facilitation and production of outputs. No direct reports. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Governance, Project Management, experience or experience within one or more of the asset servicing functions is preferred.
