The incumbent will direct and coordinate administrative and support functions for senior management of BNY Mellon's Wealth Management Service activities ensuring an effective and efficient use of resources. S/he will coordinate a consistent approach to interpreting, communicating, and implementing policies, business plans and numerous programs. S/he will execute employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, wealth management education programs and numerous other programs. S/he will recommend and help to execute organization and company programs that mitigate or eliminate obstacles to business management's ability to accomplish goals. This position will interact with functions in Marketing, Training, Human Resources, and Sr. Mgmt to effectively carry out accountabilities of the job or to complete ad hoc assignments driven by senior management. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing internal communication initiatives as well as 'recognition programs'. In addition s/he will coordinate with 100+ volunteers on numerous committees. The qualified candidate will have strong analytical and business skills. Effective in facilitating change. Work effectively with all levels of Senior Management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with associates at all levels and within all parts of the organization. Understanding of financial service business.
Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience. BA or equivalent professional experience preferred.
