Performs non-routine support functions for tax processing, cost basis and testing. Interacts with other business units and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions, researching and responding to client inquiries.
May answer complex inquiries, resolves problems, supports products/services, and/or analyzes and updates information.
Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response. Escalates more complex situations to senior colleagues.
Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to offer client and functional solutions suggestions.
Participate in the review of new legislations and firm initiatives, assists in the development of business requirements, creation and execution of test scripts.
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
Qualifications Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 2-3 years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred
