Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon seeks Sr. Principal, Enterprise Relationship Management in New York, NY, to develop the enterprise-wide strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention.

Qualifications

Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: performing client relationship management strategy development and implementation on behalf of a global financial services institution; assisting internal and external stakeholders with product and service offering inquiries; analyzing industry trends, competitor service offerings, and client business requirements; assisting with Know Your Customer onboarding and updates using Goldtier; assisting with sales activities using salesforce.com customer relationship management portal; and utilizing Bloomberg for financial research and analysis. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields of study and eight (8) years of experience.
