Private Banking Manager I
The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned office business retention goals. This will be achieved by managing office staff to deliver a high level of client service. Service requirements also include selling/referring all product lines as appropriate based on client request, needs, and opportunities. S/he will effectively manage the daily operations of the office. Additional responsibilities include actively managing and maintaining operations and audit ratings, service quality evaluations, and performance measurements in order to ensure results are at acceptable levels. S/he will provide ongoing, balanced feedback through formal and informal coaching sessions /he will be responsible for office and maintaining regular contact with office client base.
Strong problem resolution skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of consumer and commercial asset/liability/investments product/services. Strong organizational skills. Sales experience with proven sales results. BA/BS or minimum of 3-5 years financial service experience.
