Job Description

Provides guidance to less complex clients or in low complexity situations on Affirmative Action & EEO activities. Supports assigned clients' hiring, firing and recruiting activities. Is developing greater knowledge of AA & EEO laws and regulations. As directed, analyzes assigned clients' compliance with Affirmative Action & EEO policies, laws and regulations. Supports the activities of more senior team members with reporting from these analyses. Assists with the development of materials and communications to support AA & EEO outreach activities. Is developing a working knowledge of federal, state and local equal opportunity laws that apply to the assigned area. Seeks guidance from more senior team members to confirm assumptions. No direct reports. Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience in Affirmative Action, EEO or related HR compliance discipline preferred.

Additional preferred skills include, but are not limited to: Excel Pivot Tables Creating PowerPoint presentations for training Handling large volumes of data/spreadsheets Strong attention to details and organizational skills and
